Refund Policy

At Kavya Books, we strive to ensure that every customer receives genuine books in excellent condition. Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds are available only if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive a damaged book.

Refund Request

• Customers must raise a refund request within 3 days of the delivery date.
• To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and clear photos of the issue for verification.

Return Process

• Once your refund request is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the book to Kavya Books via India Post.
• The book should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
• After we receive and verify the returned book, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

• Once the returned book has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI or Bank Transfer, as applicable).
