Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged book received

Customers must raise a refund request within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

After verifying the issue, we will initiate the refund within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/Bank Transfer).
